Your De Palm Island package includes:

Yes. Guests who purchase a Premium Seating, VIP Palapa, Beach Cabana, or Private Cabana upgrade can access the flamingo area and interact with the flamingos.

Guests with regular admission tickets can still view the flamingos from designated areas but cannot enter the flamingo beach section.

Please note that flamingo availability is not guaranteed at all times, as their health and well-being always remain the top priority.

Transportation is only included when booking the De Palm Island package that specifically includes round-trip bus transportation.

The De Palm Island Walk-In option does not include transportation.

Guests driving themselves should check in at Port De Palm, where free parking and ferry transportation to the island are included.

Yes. Many guests visit De Palm Island using a rental car or taxi.

Port De Palm is located just past the airport. From downtown Aruba, continue past the airport and take a right at the third roundabout following the De Palm Island signs.

Free parking is available, and the ferry ride to the island is included with all packages.

Because De Palm Island is a natural coral island, some beach areas may be rocky. Water shoes are strongly recommended.

Yes. Snorkeling areas range from shallow waist-deep water to deeper sections, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced snorkelers.

Complimentary guided snorkel tours and instruction are included twice daily. The first tour goes out at 10 AM and the second at 2 PM. A guide goes with every tour and provides instruction and safety vests.

Snorkeling at De Palm Island ranges from waist deep to approximately 15 feet in depth.

De Palm Island offers an all-inclusive dining experience throughout the day, featuring a variety of local favorites, Caribbean-inspired dishes, casual grill options, desserts, and unlimited beverages.

The lunch buffet is available from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and typically includes:

• Fresh salad bar
• Aruban lentil soup
• Caribbean curry chicken
• Fish fillet with Aruban Creole sauce
• Caribbean rice
• Pasta marinara
• Mashed potatoes

Yes, there’s plenty of shade at the bar, restaurant and by the water park.

The Bar is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and serves Soft Drinks, Red Wine, White Wine, Beer, Rum, Vodka, Whiskey, Tequila, and Cocktails.
